It seems I got my routine going. It is good. I walked 4 miles today again. Very good.
If only, I did not feel like I deserve a 1000 calorie breakfast...things will be different.

I've just joined into the 40ties club. The biggest motivator to be beautiful, fit and flexible are my horrible hamstrings and triceps. I am finding that the only way to do this, is to start being vain and do something about it.
